Please join the Rhode Island Women’s Bar Association for its 2019 CLE Series, Investing in Women.

March is National Women’s History Month and the 2019 theme is “Visionary Women: Champions of Peace & Nonviolence.”

Our first installment will address Domestic Violence & Firearm Relinquishment Laws in Rhode Island.

Featured Charity: Sojourner House helps domestic violence victims rebuild their lives by providing emergency shelter as well as transitional, independent housing. Sojourner House has requested donations of gift cards (drug store and grocery store), as well as cleaning supplies to help further its mission of creating a place of refuge for domestic violence victims. Please consider bringing a donation to the CLE to assist these individuals!
