Please join Lauren Capizzo, a Speaking Coach + Visibility Strategist with a B.A. in ‎Communications and a Master’s in Business Administration, as she educates ‎attendees on the critical role communication has on effectively managing staff and ‎leading teams. Lauren will identify areas of communication that may impact an ‎individual’s ability to motivate others and influence change. She’ll also uncover ‎common beliefs or modes of thinking – such as Imposter Syndrome - that may ‎impact one’s actions and outcomes. She’ll apply these areas to how they can affect ‎female attorneys in their practices. ‎

Learn how you can prepare for any situation that calls for a high level of ‎engagement with colleagues, clients and opposing counsel by being more confident ‎in your existing skills. Attendees will discover how to become more effective ‎advocates for themselves and their clients in the courtroom and in legal ‎negotiations. ‎
