Join the RI Women's Bar Association in partnership with Hinkley Allen for an Ethics CLE featuring Maria Lenz from the RI Supreme Court Office of Disciplinary Counsel.

This CLE will explore the potential minefields of using AI in legal practice and what lawyers should watch for to avoid disciplinary issues. The discussion will include: an overview of AI and its impact on legal work, a discussion of which Rules of Professional Conduct are implicated by this practice, and a review of recent disciplinary decisions from other states on AI misuse in legal proceedings
